Service providers
The website uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage and related services) to store form submissions and chat messages. When you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage and IndexedDB to remember your chat conversation, cache website settings for faster loading and prevent duplicate form submissions. These are functional and are not used for advertising.
Data retention
We keep enquiries and chat conversations for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.
